DailyWellness is operated by Sussex Distribution (“DailyWellness”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our correspondence and returns address is Suite 35, 2 Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1UE. You can contact us at info@daily-wellness.co.uk.

These terms apply to your use of daily-wellness.co.uk and to purchases made through the website.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. Products marked for adults must not be purchased for or supplied to anyone under 18.

3. Products and health information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Packaging, colour and minor presentation details may vary from images, particularly where products are supplied in original overseas packaging. The product name, quantity, active ingredients and important warnings shown on the product page and physical label form part of the description.

Information on this website is general product information and is not medical advice. Always read the complete label and warnings before use, follow the stated directions, and ask a pharmacist or doctor if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you. Do not use a product if the packaging or tamper-evident seal appears damaged.

4. Orders and our contract

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; it does not mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, information or pricing is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud checks are not passed, or we cannot lawfully supply the product. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are displayed separately before you place the order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment services may carry out fraud-prevention and authorisation checks.

If an obvious pricing error occurs and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may contact you to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel and refund it before dispatch.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery options, charges and estimates are set out in our Shipping Information. Express delivery is a next-working-day target for qualifying orders placed before 1pm, not a guaranteed service.

If delivery is materially delayed, your rights and our responsibilities will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your cancellation rights and our 30-day goodwill return promise are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Change-of-mind returns for health and hygiene products must be unopened, unused and sealed. This does not affect your rights when goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

8. Ownership and risk

Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received payment in full. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominated to receive them.

9. Using our website

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website at unreasonable scale, or use its content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

Website text, branding, graphics and layout belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

10. Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control where we have taken reasonable steps to minimise the effect.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or business changes. The terms in force when your order is accepted will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
